You’ll lead the human resources (HR) and payroll teams whilst designing and delivering strategies for a diverse range of exciting businesses including recycling, outdoor activities, volunteering and administration.
You’ll be:
- shaping and implementing the HR strategy,
- leading the development and implementation of a contemporary HR framework,
- creating initiatives that boost the engagement and wellbeing of staff,
- leading the HR and payroll teams,
- and supporting organisational compliance.
You’ll bring:
- diverse, senior experience in HR management,
- passion for developing high-performing cultures and staff wellbeing,
- passion for engaging with people,
- and outstanding negotiation and influencing skills.
