People, Culture and Capability Manager

Scouts SA has an opportunity for a full-time People, Culture and Capability Manager that has a passion for connecting with people.

The People, Culture and Capability Manager is responsible for supporting Scouts SA by designing and delivering strategy for a diverse range of exciting businesses including recycling, retail, volunteering and office administration.

This position would suit you if you have significant experience in Human Resources Management across a range of industries, you’re positive and highly professional. You’ll be making a difference for an organisation that inspires youth to excel in life.

In general, you’ll be:

  • designing and implementing the HR strategy,
  • leading the development and implementation of a contemporary HR framework,
  • creating wellness initiatives throughout Scouts SA,
  • leading the HR and payroll teams,
  • and supporting organisational compliance.

You’ll bring:

  • experience in HR management in diverse industries,
  • a positive and professional ‘can do’ attitude,
  • and strong interpersonal skills.
