Welcome to Glen Osmond Scout Group
Be prepared for Adventure

GOSG is one of the oldest active scout groups. Started in 1909. Two years after, the scout movement founder,  Robert Baden-Powell (BP) published “Scouting for Boys“. More than 100 years training youth in life-enriching skills. Use the menu above to learn more about us, about our program, fundraising activities, events for the youth and for the entire family, our generous come-and-try policy, and more…

Of course, nothing beats face-to-face discussion so please feel free to come and talk to one of the Leaders in the Group about any questions you might have, our aim is to make you and your family as welcome as possible.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

What section of Scouts is for my Child?

Thinking of joining Scouts but don’t know what section is the one for your child?
All the sections of Scouting are broken up into age groups. Your child can experience the appropriate level of challenge and adventure. For example, the Cub Scouts might race wooden Cub Cars in a derby challenge; the Rover Scout section can build and race their own cars!

Hop over to our main site at Scouts SA to learn more about Scouts and the section of Scouting your child or children are in or can join in.
