Be prepared for Adventure

Welcome to Hope Valley Scout Group

Welcome to Hope Valley Scout Group! We are an active and thriving Scout Group in the North-Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, attracting members from the local suburbs including Hope Valley, Highbury, St Agnes, Holden Hill, Dernancourt, and other suburbs around the Tea Tree Gully area.

At Hope Valley Scout Group, we are dedicated to empowering young people with skills, confidence, and a love for adventure. Nestled in the heart of our community, we provide a safe and inclusive environment where children, teens, and young adults can grow, learn, and make lifelong memories.

Youth Sections at Hope Valley

Hope Valley Scout Group runs programs for boys and girls aged between 5 and 25 years of age from our community facility on Barracks Road. Our Sections, Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, and Rovers, run each week across varying week nights. Visit Our Sections to find out more.

All the sections of Scouting are broken up into age groups so that your child can experience the appropriate level of challenge and adventure. For example, the Cub Scouts might race wooden Cub Cars in a derby challenge but the Rover Scout section can build and race their own cars!

We hope that you find plenty of useful information on this web page but hop over to our main site at Scouts SA to learn more about Scouts and the section of Scouting your child or children are in.

Of course, nothing beats face-to-face discussion so please feel free to come and talk to one of the Leaders in the Group about any questions you might have, our aim is to make you and your family as welcome as possible.

Contact us about trying Scouting! Our contact details are on our Contact Us page.

We look forward to meeting you soon!
