Epic Adventures at Branch Hike 2025: A Medieval Quest

Last weekend, 160 Scouts attended Branch Hike 2025 at Mt. Crawford Forest. While the sun hid behind clouds for most of the event, it did not dampen the spirits of the attendees.

Branch Hike 2025 was medieval themed and titled ‘Legend of the Realm’, encouraging participants to embrace their inner-Knight in shining armour and dress for the occasion.

Many of the Scouts dressed in medieval garb, flying custom-made house banners and flags, and brought with them their warrior spirit as they persevered through challenging elements to reach their ultimate goal.

A shout-out to the Knights of the Trestle Table, who brought so much positivity and energy throughout the event, as they achieved top spot. Well done!

Branch Hike offers an invaluable opportunity for patrols of Scouts to participate in a weekend of bushwalking, allowing them to appreciate the environment and navigate through designated checkpoints to reach their camping locations.

Tremendous events like Branch Hike could not happen without the support of all those involved. Thank you to everyone who helped organise, plan, and deliver an outstanding event.
