Carrie is an experienced finance leader with a dedicated focus on the financial stability of Scouts SA for the benefit of the scouting community. Responsible for leading the finance team and delivering all financial reporting and compliance across operations in SA and QLD. Carrie and the team partner across the Business to provide financial insight, support growth initiatives and align performance with the strategic direction of Scouts SA.

Head of Commercial oversees the commercial operation and strategic direction for Scouts Recycling Centres (in SA and QLD), Commercial Campsites (inc. Woodhouse and Roonka), Exurbia and all of the Scouts SA commercial property portfolio.

Steve has moved into a new role that is focused on projects that support the Chief Commissioner and CEO in delivering the outcomes of our Strategic Plan.

These include growing Scouting and our commercial operations, improving process and procedures and projects that assist our adult leaders support our youth.

Steve business partners with our Commissioners and staff to deliver these projects.

Responsible for supporting the success of Scouts SA through the design and delivery of the Scouts SA People and Culture Strategy.

Provides human resources advice and support to our staff, develop policies and procedures, oversee recruitment and selection and develop culture and wellbeing initiatives to ensure that Scouts SA is a great place to work.
