Great day for the Joeys on their bike hike across Belair National Park down to Belair back to 2nd Adelaide Scout Hall at Mitcham.
It was a lovely Sunday for an amazing and adventurous 3 hours journey!
Cuboree, South Australia’s biggest adventure for Cub Scouts – Oct 2025
The 2nd Adelaide Cubs embarked on a lively “Journey to Adventure” at the 2025 Cuboree, embracing challenges, unpredictable weather, and a packed program of activities across Woodhouse. From obstacle courses and international‑themed games to campfire singing and time‑travel‑inspired quests, the cubs threw themselves into every experience with enthusiasm and teamwork. The weekend fostered new friendships, proud achievements, and a strong sense of Cub spirit, supported by dedicated leaders and helpers who brought the adventure to life.
Joey and Cub Camp at Belair Caravan Park May 2025
38 youth and 12 adults enjoyed a lovely weekend camping near the Belair National Park. The youth participated in cooking their own meals on the fire, putting up their tents, washing dishes, campfire singing, campfire skits, and best of all toasting marshmallows! We also went for a bike ride through the park, played in the adventure playground, and participated in a nature scavenger hunt.
