When at the hall:

Adults please sign in using our QR Code.

Leaders, youth members and helpers, please also record your attendance in our Sign-in Book.

Follow our COVID signage. In particular, please ensure that room restrictions are adhered to especially please ensure that people are not crowding in the entrance foyer. Sign in and move quickly into the main hall area.

Remember to bring your own drink bottle, so that we avoid sharing drinking facilities.

Follow the instructions of our COVID Marshals at all times.

All of our Leaders are trained COVID Marshals. Please follow their instructions, or those of the designated COVID Marshal on the night.

Important Information Regarding Current Restrictions:

All Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and Adults are required to wear a mask while indoors.

Parents and other adults, please only enter the hall if absolutely necessary.

We value our Flinders Park family and as such we will try to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We will be trialling different ways to ensure everyone feels welcome, including outside fires for warmth/comfort while waiting for your children. Please let us know if you have any suggestions about how we can improve this experience.

Online:

In the event of restrictions or lockdowns which prevent face-to-face meetings occurring, Flinders Park Scout Group will immediately transfer to Online Scouting for all sections.

Online Scouting at Flinders Park Scout Group will include weekly Zoom meetings for all Units and the use of Google Classrooms for additional activities and resources. Contact our Group Leader for more information.
