Scout Motorsport Club SA (SMCSA) holds monthly club meetings to discuss general club business and manage the overall operation of the club. These meetings are held at the Scout Centre for Adventurous Activities located at Glenelg and occur on the fourth Tuesday of the Month starting at 7:30pm.

SMCSA also holds it AGM annually in May directly after the monthly club meeting.

All club members, associate members and interested Scouting and motorsport personnel are welcome to attend these monthly meetings.

Members who cannot attend are asked to provide apologies to the secretary in a timely manner.

Proxy vote forms for general business meetings and AGM should also be submitted to either the secretary or BC Motorsport prior to the start of the meeeting. For proxy vote forms see the documents page of the website
