Campsites and Activity Centres

Scouts SA has a variety of camping and activity sites available for Scouts or public use. Most of these sites are managed by volunteer staff and proceeds support Scouting in SA. We cater for everyone from Grey Nomads in caravans to Weddings and conferences to school camps and everything in-between!

Our Campsites

Scouts SA is fortunate to have 5 different camping and activity sites for Scout members to pitch a tent or use onsite accommodation and enjoy the surrounding areas.
Woodhouse and Roonka have a variety of activities to participate in onsite, Nyroca is close to the Marble Ranges where you can climb or hike, Napperby is a basic bush camp situated in the foothills of the Southern Flinders Ranges and Camp Tucker is located 50km out of Whyalla where you can try bush camping.
